Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Course Rescheduling: Students may reschedule their class attendance up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the class start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the class start time are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class at the discretion of the instructor.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full registration fee.
- Instructor Cancellation: In the rare event that The Armed Stoic must cancel a class due to weather or emergency, all students will be offered a full refund or a priority seat in the next available class.
Legal and Safety Requirements All products and services sold on this site are for adult use only. By ordering on this site, you certify that you are of legal age (18+ for HQL/Long Guns, 21+ for Handguns) and not prohibited by state or federal law from possessing firearms or purchasing the products/services. Merchandise and training listed herein is not for sale or use in any state, district, or territory where the receipt, possession, sale, or use of any such merchandise is prohibited.
The Armed Stoic reserves the right to remove any student from training who demonstrates unsafe behavior, fails to follow range commands, or appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
